By 2050, 1 in 6 people will be over 60. Yet, most yoga teacher training courses barely touch upon the unique needs of this growing population.
Are we truly prepared to guide our seniors with the care they deserve? To bridge this gap, hellomyyoga introduces an 80-hour Specialized Digital Teacher Training Course, designed exclusively for Yoga Teachers and Yoga Therapists to teach Senior Citizens.
This TTC integrates Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Adaptations, and Ayurveda, complementing conventional medical treatments while enhancing Seniors’ Responsiveness to Care.
